2008 Links Couples Academy
Welcome to the Links at Lang Farm Couples Only Golf Academy. We are very excited to be offering this golf academy to our friends of the Links along with the guests of the Inn at Essex. The goal of our Academy is to provide an excellent teaching environment for all ages and abilities. The primary objective is to improve each student's game with an emphasis placed on making the process fun and enjoyable.
The day begins at the Inn at Essex for breakfast, were students meet their instructor, PGA Head Golf Professional Steve Gonsalves to discuss the goals of the day. We understand that with different ability levels, each student's goal will be different. These will be addressed on an individual basis. Everyone is guaranteed personalized instruction due to a 6:1 ratio. As we move to the practice range, the real work begins. Instruction will cover every aspect of the full swing and the short game. The following schedule will give you an idea of what to expect.
Two - Day Golf Academy Itinerary:
Day 1
- 8:00-9:00 am

- - Chipping/ Pitching
- 12:00-1:00 pm

- - Tee shots/ Fairway Woods
- - Bunker play/ Putting
- - Specialty Shots

- - Negotiating slopes
- - On Course Instruction
